Thinking back to my pregnancy, one of my most common thoughts was about what this little person would grow up to be. Working at a yarn shop, I occasionally choose to turn a sample knitting project into a design challenge just to keep things interesting.

Three things came together to create “Something Blue”. First, a need for lace samples for Spring. Second, a lovely yarn, Breeze, arrived from a favorite dyer. Finally, my mom asked me to host her wedding in April.
